A gorgeous blend of flower petals, that make this tea a lovely scented pleasure to drink - a lovely tea for any time of the day or night!.

Made from organic herbs Flower Power contains chamomile flowers, rose petals, lavender flowers, calendula petals, cornflowers & hibiscus petals.

Here's how to use Flower Power:

Gently shake the bag to ensure the tea is well-blended.

Then place one heaped teaspoon per cup into a teapot or tea diffuser and add hot water at about 95 C. Leave for 10-15 minutes to infuse the flavours and health benefits.

If you want to, you can add a little honey and lemon too.
